Memoirs

Sharing an important part of our life with family, or the world.

Many seniors turn their thoughts to sharing their life stories with family. And they have many exciting things to share. Wisdom is born of experience and age. Often we need a lot of life experience to draw useful lessons, not only for ourselves but also from the outcomes we have observed in the lives of others with whom we interact.

Of course not only seniors, but younger people as well who get the desire to share something of their life and learnings with the broader world. I remember a couple of stories of young women who built their own home with the help of their children and a few supportive neighbours and then shared the trials and victories in a book that we all can enjoy. It is a unique experience that captures our attention as readers and our admiration.

Look for my own memoir soon to be published in print, e-book and audio.

Here’s the print cover:

I share my grief journey from the time of my husband’s stroke through COVID and into taking classes on the grieving process and healing trauma. I, like grief, am a work in progress. But I have come far. I share my experiences and whatever wisdom I have gathered along the way with you.

I also provide coaching services. If you are considering your next big decision or goal, a coach can help you sort through the real issues surrounding your goal and desired outcomes. You can develop and action plan to move forward. No judgement and no advice. It is my pleasure to gift you with a one-hour coaching session.
