6 Years Out - Grief Continues

Cathy shares her experience at the anniversary of her husband's passing.

In this video I share how this anniversary of my husband’s passing is affecting me. Each year is different. This one seems to be closer to the bone, more touching. I am more settled in my new life as a single woman, living in my own space, building a new life. My husband is here only in spirit and photos. And maybe that makes it more poignant this time around.

My book, Please Don’t Give Me Something More to Worry About, is still in the publishing process. In it I share my own experience into and through grief. I have lived it, trained in it and share what wisdom I have gained with my readers.

It will come out in print, e-book and audio. Please keep an eye out for it.
