Cathy Reads Excerpts from Chapter 8

of the book Please Don't Give Me Something More to Worry About!

What now? Who am I now? What am I supposed to do now? What is the meaning of my life now?

These are the existential question we all face when our world gets turned upside down by a major loss.

Cathy shares her experience of what she calls “hitting the wall”. It was an important part of her grief journey. Not one she would recommend, but it was a reality.
