Whoooo! Grief is exhausting - especially in the early stage when our brain is still reeling from a sudden major change in the status quo. It takes time for us to navigate the idea that what was is no longer. That a new life has to be formed from what has been.

In this video I share simple tips to help the brain and body deal with the fatigue that is part of the grieving process.
